Correction Policy

1. Our Commitment

We at Sarkari All Update believe in accurate, helpful, and trustworthy information. But if we ever make a mistake 🔍, we will correct it quickly and clearly.

2. How Errors Are Reported

If you spot an error in any article, you can let us know:

3. Types of Corrections

  • Minor typos or formatting issues → we fix silently.
  • Factual errors, wrong dates/numbers, names, or misleading info → we update and add a Correction Note at the end of the article explaining the correction.

4. When We Correct

We will review and correct confirmed errors as soon as possible—typically within 24 hours of reporting.

5. Transparency & Labeling

  • All factual corrections will be clearly labeled as “Correction:”.
  • We’ll explain what was wrong, what’s correct now, and include the date of correction.
  • Example: Correction (August 5, 2025): An earlier version misstated the eligibility age as 21. The correct age is 18.

6. Editorial Responsibility

Our editorial team takes responsibility. If a serious error happens, we will:

  • Say we regret the mistake
  • Review internal processes to avoid a repeat

7. Where We Show Corrections

  • On online articles: a note placed at the end of the article, dated.
  • In social media posts or newsletters: we will update or link to the corrected article and note the correction.

8. Internal Process

  • All corrections are reviewed by our Editorial Lead before publishing.
  • We keep records of corrections and periodically review them to improve quality.

9. Reader Feedback

Your feedback matters! If you’ve reported an error and want an update, feel free to ask. If needed, you can escalate concerns to our Managing Editor at the same email address.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy over time. The current version is dated August 7, 2025. Any updates will be posted here.

Why this policy matters:
By owning mistakes, clearly correcting them, and listening to readers, we build trust and improve the quality of our reporting. Thank you for helping us stay accurate!
